Hi All,
After quite a long silence... i'm back in action... actually Ummi baru je abis classes for this semester! yeayyyy... lepas ni tinggal research je... so after 2 hari menjadi Zombie Kg Pisang... akhirnye merdeka!!! for temporary je la... cukup la utk cover balik weekends yang tak dapat spend dgn Faiq... anyway, I've already started to miss my classmates already... sob2... most probably I will be seeing them anymore... tapi takpe... to Ummi's "Gang".. (you know who you are...)... group 'berdiskusi' kite still on sampai bile2 kan??
ok... here are some pictures of us spending quality time together.. dah lama tak spend masa dgn Ayah and Faiq... I really owe them my time...

My 'Mak'..
|
|
To my close relatives, they know who she is...Sometime when I talked about something and mentioned 'Mak' in my conversation, many will refer it to my mother... but the truth is, I am not referring to Mama... Mak is my neighbour back in Klang which my younger sister and I have been calling her 'Mak' ever since we learned how to talk... to us, she is just like our 2nd mom and we love her dearly just like our own mom. She have four sons and mind you, her sons are like additional brother to us after Abang...  Best sangat!!
I have been thinking to visit her for quite some time.. but due to the time constraint and my class commitments, I keep a reminder that I will visit her these one fine day.. but just now, it suddenly popped out in my mind that I really need to talk to her and I do miss her so much... So I called and we have a nice chat over the phone... we can talk about anything on any topic and we'll end up loughing our heart out...
I can still remember when Mama performed her first hajj with Abah back in 1984. Opah and Atuk came to take care the three of us. (Masa tu my younger sister belum ada lagi... so I was the youngest). Being the youngest and have TWO moms (Mama and Mak of course) at that time  I really gave Opah a hard time.. tak nak mandi la.. tak nak makan la... nak ice cream la..nak itu la.. nak ini la. (tu adelah cara2 untuk menunjukkan protes kene tinggal dgn my parents)... so when I did my 'perangai'... Opah will go to Mak who at that time was a teacher and said, "Cikgu, tolong la.. dia tak mau mandi..." or "Cikgu, Adik ade kat sini tak??"
hehehhe... Mak will always be the one who saves the day... nak mandi pon mesti Mak yang mandikan... and whenever I feel like going to Mak's house, I will go through the back way which Tuhan aje la yang tahu betapa bahaya nye.. dgn ular and such kat semak samun tu... I did not care of the 'things' that can harm me inside the bushes except that I want to be with my Mak.... bila Opah tak jumpa je kat rumah, she'll know where to find me...  Haihhh.. notti btol Ummi Faiq ni kecik2 dulu...
When its time that my parents performed their second Hajj, we have moved to PJ and I was in STF at that particular time.. That time, Juju my younger sister was only 11 yrs old and she misses my parents terribly .. she refused to eat and locked herself inside her room... it was Mak who came all the way from Klang to PJ to take care or her...
She was also the one who have been taking care of me, Abang and Kakak when Mama was in labor... she cooked and sent Kakak and Abang to school. Sometimes I even slept at her house instead of mine! Abang Lan, Abg Dani, Abg Cik and La were also 'my friends' masa kecik2 dulu... main lumba lari.. lempar selipar and such dgn diorang... eventhough masa tu sekolah pun belum... and they were all in their secondary school... How I miss my time in Klang...
Mak was also among the earliest person who got to know my exams results after my parents.. It seems that she have a special place in my heart. The same goes to my sisters and brother. Although I know that you will not view my FP, I just want you to know that we really love you with all our heart...  and may our special bond last forever. You will always be our special "Mak"...
opss... We wish you Happy Belated Mothers Day! (Look how busy I am... dah delay berape hari nih??? haihhh..)

Having fun at the pool...

Tokki wanted to have lunch outside today.. so we decided to head to the Golf Club... KGNS is our usual 'lepak' place ... mane tak nye.. dari kecik2 dah lepak kat sini... slalu dulu2 after school hrs Mama will bring me and my younger sister to swim at the club.... Uncle yang jual Yong Tau Fu yang setappp giler tu still ade sampai skarang..ekekkek. La ni.. it's time to bring my son plak... agaknye sampai 7keturunan la nnt lepak kat KGNS ni...
Akmal pon ada as Abang n Kak Zura came back for the election... diorang lepak lama sket coz Abang gonna have his monthly management his training...
So Akmal yang mula2 swimming as he was the one who was 'excited' terlebih... Mula2 malas nak bagi Faiq swim coz he is still not recovered from his cold... ade la lagi sket2 baki selsema dia... but then bile Faiq tgk Akmal dah buat aksi acrobatic dalam pool.. he got restless.. mane bley kan... orang lain seronot2 dalam pool dia kene tgk aje... luckily I brought his Ian Thorpe swimsuit... so there goes Faiq into the pool...
mula cam malu2... pastu dia dah over excited than Akmal.. abis la Ummi yang kemain cun basah lenjun kene simbah dgn dua budak notti ni..pastu takmo keluar plak tu from the pool... everytime I brought him out of the pool.. dia mesti bengkokkan kaki dia takmo berdiri btol2... so terpaksa la letak balik masuk pool.. tak ke haru namenye tu???...Ummi plak tak bawak swim suit.. kalu tidak boleh la berendam sama2... Faiq mcm dah terer float kan badan dia... ade talent nampaknye nak jadik macam Ian Thorpe...

La la lalame tak update...

Hi all... rasa lame gile nih tak update.. hmmm.... 1 mth + rase nye... al maklum aje... classes for the new semester dah start... so pulun habis la... target Ummi this sem is 10.0... ahahhaha.... it has always been my practise to aim higher than the max cgpa so that my effort will be equalised to my target... that's my secret la ye kawan2... ekekke...
Ok enough of my crap... let's talk about Faiq... he's reaching his 17th month in about a week from now. He can already understand my instructions as well as giving others his instructions!!!
Cheeky all the time... suke joget esp to Playhouse Disney's songs.... ape lagi ekkk... vocab pun makin banyak...
He is still a fully breastfeeding baby or toddler should i say...kemain panjang lagi dah badan dia.. anyway... walopon dah pandai macam2.. gigi baru 4 batang and 4 are coming real soon...tapi oke lah sbb kalu tidak Ummi asik kene geget aje... tu baru 4 batang... belum 8 batang lagi....hehehhe

Srikandi 937 10th year anniversary

Ok before we start.... Effa... aku cilok sket gambo ko... esp mane2 yang ade 'anak lebah' aku tu...
Date: 29th December 2007
Venue: Putrajaya Seafood
So we had a great time celebrating our 10th year of being Srikandis or in other words the Old Girls of Sekolah Tun Fatimah.
We drove to Putrajaya after Asar and met Fadzi & Mail at Mok's house. Mok... rumah ko giler cool oke... though kecik comei tapi boleh kate sumer mende ade... aku sukakkk....
Faiq pon suke lepak2 dan bermanja2 dgn Aunty Mok nye... Mok is always good with kids though... ade daya penarik nasib baik jugak Faiq tidak menangkap ikan2 Mok yang berenang2 dalam akuarium comel tu...and Mok... aku adelah teringat2 Passionfruit tea ko yang sedap ituuuuu.. tapi bile dicarik di supermarket tak jumpe... tensen gile oke...
Many turned up with their hubby and babies and some are also preggies... The 'Srikandas' were also sporting enough to take care of the Srikandi Babies while the Hot Mommies giler bergambar dan berborak 5 perkara dalam satu masa!! Before the dinner starts, we had a boat cruise at the Putrajaya Lake... habis satu boat 'anak lebah' ronda.... ramai lah juge Srikandi yang giler berkaraoke tetapi Juara karaoke nye adelah seorang Srikanda juge dimane dia adelah Srikanda kepada Nik Ju... Nik Ju, sore laki ko mmg rawkkkk!!!
We had so much fun reminiscing our old time at STF. Slide show from Prettypeektures was also cool... habis keluar muke2 yang 'kurang hot' itu... ahahhaha
As for me, tak sempat nak bergambar byk2 coz 'anak lebah' was also sebok kesana kemari sambil menari2 apabile terdengar lagu... my 'anak lebah' mmg suke joget... My Srikanda juge tidak boleh diharap kerana lebih sebok bersembang dgn Srikanda2 lain daripada mengambil gambar Hot Mommies.... 
So gurls, agaknye macam mana la our 20th year celebration ye? Aku rasa kene carik tempat yang lebih luas seperti di padang golf perhaps??? sbb mesti bilangan Srikandi Babies dah semakin bertambah and lebih senang nak mengontrol Srikandi Babies daripada terjun ke dalam tasik! For those who came, thank you very much and may our 15 years of friendship last forever....

Hi All,
It has been a while since my last entry right... Ummi has been extremely busy (and lazy...) with final exams and presentations... tapi when all of my fiasco was over... malas le plak nak update..InsyaAllah its going to be another 1 year until I finish my Masters and lepas tu Merdekaaaaa!!!... but for now, merdeka sementara pun dah cukup bagus... huhuhu.. Faiq is now 1 yr and 2 mths ++... he had picked up mcm2 skills baru... skill to imitate what the adults do lah yang paling dia terer buat... mulut pon ala2 pop corn... kaki pon dah ala2 berlari.. letih oke jaga Si Kecik ni sekarang... I'm getting thinner and thinner okess...
1. tapai dahhh... (sampai dah... )
2. papai... (babai...)
3. a-ak (this is for Cat.. blame it to my cat Zorro lah sbb bunyi dia pelik cam tu...)
4. plus the other vocab yang dia dah dapat previously la....hehe..
other than that, he likes Playhouse Disney very much... ohhh.. and also Animal Planet channel coz there's one programme called The Big Cat Diaries... bukan ape... he likes cats very much and The Big Cat Diaries tu kan ade lots of lions, tiger and yang seangkatan dengannye...
well the pictures were taken on various occasions.. starting from Ramadhan towards my cousin's wedding...
heheh... during Ramadhan... penat solat sunat tasbih kot...

Our little Hero is 1 year old!

Faiq is now officially a Toddler! Last Saturday we celebrated his 1st birthday after Solat Terawikh... nasib baik Faiq tak tido lagi... His usual sleeping time is around 8-9 pm..mcm tau2 aje kan orang nak celebrate birthday dia...
On his birthday, Ummi kene pegi kelas as usual... pagi2 lagi Ummi dah pegi UiTM...5:30 baru Ummi balik..nasib baik Ayah ada jaga Faiq...thanks so much sayang...
The yummilicious carrot cheese birthday cake was prepared by Nenek Ain.. (member masjid Opah)... Thank you Aunty Ain... disebabkan dah kekenyangan after bukak puasa, we can't eat that much...So Ummi got a brilliant idea... after the cake cutting ceremony, we had ICE CREAM party!!!...
The next day tu kitorang pegi beli Faiq's pressie kat 1 Utama... sekali dgn shopping baju raya Faiq.... Suke sgt Faiq main toy baru dia....
His latest updates:
1. Dah pandai sebut Ball, Allahuakbar (sekali dgn tangan kat telinge ala2 mcm orang tgh azan), O (which refers to Zorro our cat...), Ayah... Uppa (for Opah.. tp sounds like Korean for brother.. ni gara2 suke tgk citer korea dgn Ummi petang2...)
2. He can speak 3 languages... German, French and English...
3. Still fully breastfeed...
4. Have a new habit which is 2 in 1... mula2 cium orang... lepas tu gigit!!!!
5. He can walk! (On September 11,2007... nice date huh??)
6. Makan mcm2... mmg tak boleh tgk orang makan... dia mesti sebok skali tersengih2 mintak suap...
7. can imitate whatever the adults do...
8. hmmm... tak ingat dah...
Ummi and Ayah likes to take this opportunity to thank everybody who have been taking care of Faiq for this wonderful year...
Opah, Tokki, Pak Long Nazir, Mak Ngah and Mak Su for loving Faiq unconditionally... Thanks jugak sbb selalu tolong Ayah jaga Faiq tiap2 Sabtu bile Ummi pegi kelas...
Aunty Zila (Member Ummi kat opis aka Fairy Godmother Faiq.. ekekek) sbb selalu tolong Ummi tgk2 kan Faiq kat taska klu Ummi tak sempat jenguk Faiq during lunch hour
Cekgu Yana who is Faiq's favourite teacher... Rajin layan Faiq yang selalu mengekor mane2 Cekgu Yana pegi... without her mmg Taska jadi tunggang terbalik...
Kawan2 Master Ummi who have been soooo understanding.. kadang2 Ummi tak dapat bg full commitment bile Faiq sakit... thanks so much ye...

I can walk!

On September 11, 2007 about 4 days from his 1st birthday, (ceh... pandai tak pilih tarikh???) Faiq can finally walk!!! Ummi balik office terus dia tunjuk skill baru.. as usual.. Faiq mesti tunjuk kat Ummi dulu semua skill baru dia.. (padan muka Ayah... sape suruh balik lambat..) and siaran adalah secara langsung.. tiada siaran rakaman okeh....
Masa tu Faiq seperti biasa mmg tak boleh tgk Ummi walk away from him.. terus la dia merangkak seperti kereta F1 bak kata ayah... i guess crawling was not fast enuff for him to catch up with Ummi, bila Ummi turn Faiq terus bangun berdiri and walk! 1, 2, 3... yeayyyy.... Ummi pon terus rasa cam nak nangis.... lepas tu ape lagi Faiq had been practicing his new skill all night!!! Gigih betol anak Ummi.. way to go boy!!! memang mewarisi semangat Srikandi Ummi lah.. the only thing is he is a 'Srikanda'!! .. ekekekke ... band girls.. pinjam motto jap... 'Spirit Solid Smart!!!' ekekekke from only 3 steps.. terus upgrade to 6-7 steps.... sampai la dah tak larat terus terpengsan sampai pagi....
Nampaknye Ummi kene perketatkan lagi kubu2 yang ade kat rumah Opah.. no access to the stairs... tables.. chairs... and whatsoever things yang merbahaya lah....
okie Faiq.... Ummi just wanna tell you how proud Ummi was when I saw you taking your very first steps... I love you so much!! muahhh.. muahhh...
